Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

2 Pounds of Sugar

½ Cup Milk

½ Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Nulomoline

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a kettle and mix thoroughly. Place kettle on low fire and let it come to a boil. Wash down sides of pan. Cook to 239 degrees or 240. Pour onto moistened slab. Shock with milk. Let cool and cream as usual.

Melt 2 ounces of fat and 4 ounces of bitter chocolate on top of double boiler. Add fondant, nuts or fruits, 1 tablespoon of Fondax, 1 teaspoon of Vanilla and mix well until thin enough to pour into an oiled pan.

Cool, Cut and Enjoy!
