Christina Caruso

Hey there!

My name is Christina Caruso, Its no secret that I have an addiction for all things crafty. So much so, my family has given me nicknames over the years like “DIY Chris” and “Little Martha”.

I LOVE creating beautiful things, planning parties, painting, decorating, traveling, sewing, gardening, writing, baking with my daughter Emily, organizing, and if that wasn’t enough… working on my truck, playing video games with (or without) my son Austin, oh and I also collect cute coffee mugs with sayings or artwork on them.

I’ve got a lot going on up in this head of mine and now I will share it all with you!

But first, a little about “Pink Genes” and the idea behind it.

Pink Genes reflects my family of three generations of women who live, work and play together. The pink runs deep in my family, I am one of three sisters, you will meet my incredible sisters, Angela and Stephanie along the way.  My mother Julie, who is also part of a sister trio. She, along with my aunts, Penny and Holly will share their passions as well with us from time to time. I get my creative gene from both sides of my family. On my dad’s side I have two more Aunts and a total of seven female cousins. So there you have it – Pink is in my genes!

Being in a family of creative, big-dreaming, world-traveling females, I will share with you, our inspirations, holiday planning, crafts, kid games, family recipes and adult cocktails.
